To reproduce the issue, open any creator demo in a CodeSandbox. The empty survey placeholder image is missing.

To fix the issue, place an empty form placeholder image to the public folder.

@tsv2013 placeholder images are also missing when bundling SurveyJS scripts. Please refer to the following demo:
