Keep TARGETS pop-up open after deletion of an entry

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, when you select the red 'X' to delete an item from the pop-up modulation list, the list then closes. This can be cumbersome when deleting larger numbers of modulations.

Describe the solution you'd like:
Keep the pop-up open after deleting items.
Consider doing this also for more functions, like Rename.

Additional context:
This need not apply to the 'All' options.
