Add HTTP File Upload functionality #53

Add the HTTP File Upload plugin to all environments.

On the clustered environments, use a shared volume to make sure that data can be accessed on/from all cluster nodes.

This aims to support work on igniterealtime/openfire-httpFileUpload-plugin#36
