ES6 conventions in DPR

This is a 'live' document. Feel free to suggest amendments to the conventions through PRs.

For the purposes of keeping this document short, benefits of the following have not been written. To learn about them, please consult References or google them up.

Most of these will be automated through linters, not very far in the future.

• Use const or let instead of var
• Prefer arrow functions over functions
• Use template strings instead of '+'
• Use linq helpers for arrays
• Use object/array destructuring
• Use spread/rest operators
• Prefer classes for encapsulation
• Use promises for async code
• Use Map + Set & friends
• Use ES6 modules
