Does this gem support working with development account in Azure Storage Explorer? #17

Hey @KoditkarVedant! Thanks for using the Gem and working to make the project better by starting a conversation.

By "development account" do you mean locally emulated storage?

Yes...
I was trying to use this gem to save the assets to the Azure Blob Storage.
I wanted to actually test my changes in local environment. but when I tried to use the Azure storage emulator it was not working.

I took a look at the code and it looks like it only works with the actual azure account.

If we could add this functionality it will be really awesome.
