Current Angular version 1.6.9 is already deprecated. Any plans to upgrade the version?.. .Thanks

AngularJS itself is archived and no longer maintained so I don't see a reason to change the version and risk breaking things, especially when we don't need anything from that new version.

We're already moving away from AngularJS and are building new UI in react. Eventually we plan to remove AngularJS completelly.

If you're referring to upgrade from AngularJS to Angular - then no, we don't plan on doing that.
