Currently, we display captions only if the rights to the caption file are

  • "view: world" and
  • "download: world"

Would it be possible (if authentication issues are resolved) to show the captions if the caption file is:

  • "view: stanford" and
  • "download: stanford"

My understanding is that "download: none" will not work, but I'm unclear on "download: stanford".

This is related to #2138 and #2145 but for this issue I'm just looking to document an answer to the question.
