field needbydate / Completion date is required to be a date in the future (semi-recent change requested by SAL3). I was managing a batch on libsys-webforms-dev and it apparently didn’t have a Completion date in the future because I got this error when trying to submit my edits

Problem is, this field isn’t displayed on the manage batches page so I can’t update the field to something in the future.

Need to have this field display on manage batches page
