If we need to add or remove a hostname from the proxy files, the records need to be found in Symphony and exported to SearchWorks. For deleted hostnames, the records exported will get the ezproxy prefix removed from their solr document. Also, we will rely on Alissa's workflow of cleaning up the records (updating the links to the new hostname).
Outline of process:
a user can view the file of proxy urls in order to make additions or deletions
a new hostname is added to the sul_proxy_file.txt or law_proxy_file.txt (in /s/SUL/Config/ExportSearchworks)
an old hostname is deleted from sul_proxy_file.txt or law_proxy_file.txt (in /s/SUL/Config/ExportSearchworks)
send a search to Symphony to find records with either the new hostname or hostname to be deleted
the search results in a list of ckeys that can be added to the SearchWorks nightly export (/s/SUL/Dataload/SearchWorksIncrement/Input/extra_keys_to_export)
