Unable to remove exhibit tag from item

I can remove exhibit tags from some items but when I try to remove the exhibit tab from the item linked above and 'save changes' it rejects the changes.

@jacobthill is this different from what you see in dlmenetwork.org/ ?

I can't say for sure since that record is not in dlmenetwork.org but I haven't had this issue before with any other record.

This seems to be related to ids that have a slash in them as I was able to add and remove a tag from https://dlme-stage.stanford.edu/library/catalog/p15795coll32:53859 with no problem

I thought about that but then I saw that the record was now loading so I assumed it was fixed.

This seems to be cause by ActionController::InvalidAuthenticityToken (Can't verify CSRF token authenticity.)

FYI, I tried downloading the Solr info for this record to a local instance. I tried adding and removing exhibit tags multiple times and that worked. (Just an extra check.)
