Currently, only Arriba and STAR-Fusion are supported. In theory, I could add others, but it's quite a bit of effort to implement parsers for all the different data formats and testing them thoroughly. Also, some tools don't provide the breakpoint orientation, so some guesswork is needed to get the visualization right - if possible at all. Lastly, many tools aren't maintained any longer. I don't think it's worth investing time into supporting outdated tools, since the community of users of those tools shrinks over time and they become irrelevant. Of the ones you mention, fusioncatcher would be the only one that's worth implementing in my opinion, given it's popularity and the fact that it's the only one still maintained. I will consider adding it, but I hope you can understand that support for other tools is not my highest priority.
Is it possible to plot fusions from other tools like:
fusioncatcher, puzzly, squid etc.?
