mitigate security vulnerability in jquery

There's currently a security alert on this repo for openairegraph_files/jquery-1.11.3/jquery.min.js, which was brought along by rmarkdown::html_document() for the vignette.

The background for the current jquery security alert can be found here rstudio/rmarkdown#1814.

I'm not a security or js expert, but I understand from the discussion there that this is spurious warning and that the website actually ships with an unaffected jquery version.

So this is just FYI @njahn82 and no action is necessary, I think.

Should go away at some point of rmarkdown is updated or GitHub fixes the misfire.
