Blender 3.6 LTS fspy not shown in addon list

Works fine in Blender 3.5 but not in 3.6 LTS. Anyone has the same issue ? I installed 3.6 with settings from previous version enabled. All the other addons are working well. After install it from zip file it's not even in the list. What am I doing wrong? (Windows 11 64)

C:\Users\Name_user\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\3.6\scripts\addons'

1- remove file fspy.
2 -Reinstall

Go to the release page and download the 'fSpy-Blender-1.0.3.zip' and install it as normal in Blender. Works.
