Completed Days 8 & 9 of Kaggle Challenge (08/10)

Finally got caught up on the Kaggle 30 Days of ML challenge. I built my first model (Decision Tree) and trained it using the data they gave us. I got to use pandas and scikit-learn for the first time. My brain feels like mush though, lol. It's good learning, but I'm definitely going to need to review.
