Issue
In several of our packages we wish to use code that we already have in other packages. We do not want all our end-user to install all our packages of course, so we need a way to share services/abstractions/etc. through multiple libs.

Solution
We setup a shared lib that is called "ngx-core" and will be used as a peer dependency for all our packages
