New quest: maxheight=* for barrier=height_restrictor

I would expect that more time will be used to implement, test and maintain this than will be saved on surveying.

Could be put into the same quest as maxheight for i.e. tunnel. Just plainly ask "What's the max height here?"

Just this query in my surroundings yields many occurrences that miss the maxheight attribute.

Maybe it is just that these height restrictor tag is less known and maybe not so often mapped. (As I'd say such height restrictors are not really common, but you'll see them from time to time.)
Considering that we already have an icon, I think this quest is worth it – even without tunnels. In contrast to tunnels height restrictors are very often labelled and you can just read the max height.
