Spinner isn't appearing on rebuffering events

It seems this is not a bug, buffering events are dispatched only when buffer length is lower than 1 second: https://github.com/bemtv/clappr-p2phls-plugin/blob/master/src/main.js#L160

Reopening this. After track buffer length on stats box, I could notice that the player is stucking when the local buffer have less than 1 second but the spinner doesn't appear.
