Stratis Smart Contacts VSIX template in the Visual Studio Marketplace needs updating #3

I'm not sure if this is the correct project to be referencing but apparently the current Stratis Smart Contacts VSIX template in the Visual Studio Marketplace only supports Visual Studio version 15. Version 16 is the current Visual Studio version.

The VSIX template at https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=StratisGroupLtd.StratisSmartContractsTemplate needs updating.
