Issue: cra-bench step is broken
What I did
I upgrade playwright, because the version mismatch is what is causing it to break.
I could have also locked the version in the cra bench repo, but I guess this forces us to keep updated, rather then lock it to a specific version and have us never upgrade?
I'm not sure this is the lasting solution, but possibly the cra bench will change at some point anyway.. Seems like a decent comprimise, unless playwright starts releasing all the time..
