Describe the bug
addParameters is not defined in app/angular/src/client/preview/index.d.ts

To Reproduce
Import addParameters into storybook config.

Expected behavior
IDE warnings.

Zoinks!! I just released https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/releases/tag/v5.1.0-rc.5 containing PR #6929 that references this issue. Upgrade today to try it out!

Because it's a pre-release you can find it on the @next NPM tag.
