[Bug]: Test discrepancy handling is not accurate

I noticed an issue with the component tests panel and the discrepancy warning. It only occurs in watch mode.

The play function runs + updates the CT panel faster than watch mode, and for a brief second (which could be longer depending on your project) you get a discrepancy result banner in the panel.

More importantly, this gets falsely reported as discrepancy and thus making the metrics unreliable.
