Implement auto importing for stories for 6.0.

Currently there is a basic setup with a pre-script based on a similar idea as the react native storybook loader.

Some things were attempted with pre-val and using a custom transformer in metro however we encountered issues with caching and things of that nature.

We should investigate if there is another option or continue with the pre-script approach and make it a binary for react-native storybook.

An initial implementation is included in #182 including some other features of the new config style.
