Presets for CRA and TS should stick to react-docgen-typescript-loader 3.2.1 until the folllowing issue is fixed: strothj/react-docgen-typescript-loader#70

Closing in favor of storybookjs/storybook#9273 which will move to react-docgen for TS support.
