udisk not listing crypttab device(?)

I have really zero knowledge on how fedora shows usb drives to the user. If I understand correctly from things I have read on the internet, udisk is involved in advertising the devices to dbus, and I might be asking here best.

What I would like to realize is that

1. 2nd partitions on usb drives are shown automatically in the file manager
2. encrypted devices are shown automatically in the file manager.

I am currently able to automatically decrypt and mount via /etc/crypttab and /etc/fstab
However it would be nicer if I can just skip the /etc/fstab entry and have this mounted automatically at /run/media/user/serial

What should I configure to do this?

removing stuff from /etc/crypttab and /dev/fstab
and
touch /etc/udisks2/tcrypt.conf

fixed this
