Clean up hosted cluster project after deletion

What is seen

When a CaaS cluster is deleted using the Cluster Templates web UI, all* resources in the cluster's project (i.e. clusters-1ddcd838-7032-4f25-8276-86f921da6a32) are removed, but the project itself is left behind.

What is expected

Given that the project was automatically created by the cluster creation and no resources remain in it after deletion, I would expect that the project would also be automatically deleted. If cluster templates are heavily used, there would quickly be a large number of left over project resources cluttering the system.

• Or most? There are some configMaps and Secrets remaining. I do not know if any are left over from the cluster template process or if they are all just default items.
