Deleting/editing CT has unclear effect on CTIs #177

We need to explore what happens and what the correct behavior should be when:

CT is deleted
what happens to CTIs that are already running ? What happens when we try to delete CTIs which do not have CT anymore?
CT is edited (mainly day1 AppSet referece)
what happens with CTIs ? What happens during the CTI delete ?
