Some stlink-v2.1 are using an alternate usb pid : add it to usb enum/probe code.
I checked openocd and blackmagicprobe "pc-stlinkv2" branch for quirks regarding that specific version of stlink and could not find any related.
tested on nucleo l432kc, basically just works.
