Updated current website footer to adhere to newer Figma designs. These designs are part of an initiative to include partners as a target audience for our website.

Definition of Done

• Looks the same as the designs - includes (logo, general, students, nonprofits, partners columns)
• Mobile responsive - when viewing on mobile, it has logo section and then two rows and two columns for the other sections 4 rows if that looks better to you)
