Describe the feature

lemminx is currently not supported by Conform.

Provide background

Conform only supports xmlformat, which is not an LSP server. Lemminx is a member of the Eclipse ecosystem and arguably the most comprehensive XML syntax engine available.

Adding support for lemminx should release system resources and would allow for tidier configurations. It is also good practice to use LSP for formatting, whenever possible.
