What problem does your feature solve?

soroban serve is annoying to maintain, and no one (afaik) uses it anyway. It's not a very accurate network simulator, so you're better off using quickstart.

What would you like to see?

Remove soroban serve subcommand.

What alternatives are there?

Put a ton of work into making it more realistic, and maintaining it.
