The soroban-cli has a dependency on rusttls, which has a dependency on ring which won't compile for Linux aarch64.

Linux aarch64 as a host architecture is not super common. However, anyone running a Linux container on an aarch64 Mac won't be able to install soroban-cli in the container unless they have emulation.
