CLI: Rename private key terminology to secret key

We recently introduced keys into the CLI, but have presented them to the user with the terminology "private". We typically use the term "secret" in things like laboratory, UIs, etc. (There's one exception which is the strkey specification, but that's lower level and shouldn't drive this naming.)
