What version are you using?

Currently using the stellar-horizon docker image on Dockerhub using the latest tag.
Horizon version: 2.27.0-208a73f6165f59c4eeacf672b6d24659fe54d256
Stellar Core version: 19.14.0 (5664eff4e76ca6a277883d4085711dc3fa7c318a)

What did you do?

Started the docker image and applied database migrations

What did you expect to see?

...

...

What did you see instead?
