What problem does your feature solve?

As part of our efforts for improved partner experience, we are proposing the use of new Helm Chart for ease of deploying Horizon.

Acceptance Criteria:
Coordinating with the Ops team to:

  • Use the existing Horizon Helm Chart for deploying Horizon.
  • Identify any gaps between current chart and current Horizon config options, and the requirements mentioned in install docs for using the Helm chart.

What alternatives are there?
