Desired Behavior

I want to be able to support even more exchanges

Impact

The desired behavior will allow me to integrate with more exchanges, making Kelp more flexible

Feature Suggestion

We can achieve the desired behavior by integrating the GoEx library.

Specification

This will be a similar integration to the CCXT exchange integration (a little simpler because GoEx is written in Golang).
