Desired Behavior

I want to be able to run only the server so I can run it in the cloud.

Feature Suggestion

We can achieve the desired behavior by adding a new mode that does not run the frontend, maybe something like a --remote flag or --only-backend or something.

I finally settled on --enable-kaas flag for now. can rename if needed.
