Desired Behavior

I want to be able to share configs between the GUI and the command line versions of Kelp.

Impact

The desired behavior will allow me to switch between interfaces without having to manually transfer a bunch of information.

Feature Suggestion

We can achieve the desired behavior by allowing easy importing and exporting of configurations.
