Phantom account is recovered every time for specific user

Please, ping me up and I will provide seedphrase for the account. I have faced the issue in release build were logs are disabled that's why no logs attached at this moment.

Steps:

1. Recover given account
2. Pay attention phantom account with lot of assets is recovered

Actual result: phantom account https://etherscan.io/address/0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 is recovered. It disappears after pull to refresh or relogin. User cannot operate the account: derivation path/key pair is empty.
