Add implementation of

  • eth_call
  • eth_estimateGas

to fluffy.

These are two very crucial/heavily used API calls by dapps/wallets. And with the current deployed Portal state network, these can actually be used/tested/benchmarked (albeit for old state).

This does rely on this task: #1162
