I was wondering if someone could clarify this output for me. Here is an example row from my run of demuxlet. (Column numbers are on the left, indexed at 0 to match the README).
From the README explanation of the output, this means the posterior probability of the best assignment is 1.7e-60, the posterior probability of being single is 1 and yet the DROPLET.TYPE assignment is DBL?
