Bug Description

It would be nice if generating asset presets was queued when you have a queue set like it did in v2 (upon upload). It would be even nicer if the php please assets:generate-presets command would do it was well since it can really hog the server when you add this command to your deploy script.

So this is a bit of v2 compatibility and a bit of an enhancement I guess. Feel free to move this to the ideas repo of course.
