As a course manager, I need a web interface to manage basic information about a course so that I can maintain current information about that course.

Acceptance Criteria:

I can manage the following information about a course through a web page:
- title
- course type (video, WBT, instructor led)
- description
I can view the above information for a specific course
I can modify the above information for a specific course
I can delete a specific course
