As an instructor I want to choose the lysates (at least one, up to three) for my experiment.

This is merged. Please verify on scbdev.odl.mit.edu after the 11/30 release.

Right now, 'Whole cell lysate' is selected for me and I can't select the other lysate types. I think that Anna gave us a demo of what it will look like in our last meeting.

Right now the other two are disabled because StarCellBio does not support them yet. (but they are functioning within the assignment builder)

@ald32 , @laleman I will need some design documents for Western Blotting technique supporting all three lysate types.
