If a camera is disconnected and there were more than 2 cameras, it will not record the trial. #223

If you have, for example 3 cameras, and one of them is disconnected, it will not continue recording and processing with the two remaining cameras as it will complain about N cameras expected and only N-1 cameras uploading videos.

I think that's the expected behavior. We want people to notice that a camera got disconnected.
