Make e2e cluster name more unique #27

When retrying the e2e workflow on a PR, cluster creation fails with:

2024-06-04T09:07:29.641928843Z ERROR: (gcloud.container.clusters.create) ResponseError: code=409, message=Already exists: projects/acs-team-temp-dev/zones/us-central1-a/clusters/img-prefetch-9363248934.

even though the old cluster no longer shows in infra.
