Possible to support partial "g:sb_patch_keys" (or allow specifying different mappings to use?)

Hello again!

I was wonder if it would be hard (if it's not already possible), to allow for a subset of the mappings to be disabled via g:sb_patch_keys = 0, or to use a different set of mappings?

I use zz for a mapping already, so it would be good to be able to prevent this from being overridden, without disabling all of the mappings.

Incidentally, it's a pretty useful snippet I picked up somewhere else not too long ago that I use all the time now:
