[Suggestion] Potential way to traffic UDP with udp-over-tcp

There is this cool project by mullvad https://github.com/mullvad/udp-over-tcp which allows for UDP to be trafficked through a TCP port, and for the server to listen to that TCP port and go back to UDP. It's used to obfuscated the wireguard protocol from simple firewalls that block the UDP traffic.

So, I was wondering if sshuttle could somehow be made to use this project to handle everything relating to UDP?
