Issue Description

SRSUE (LimeSDR-MINI) does not connect to the commercial network.

Setup Details

SRSLTE 20.04.01 LimeSDR-MINI

Expected Behavior

[What you expect to happen]

Actual Behaviour

Error: "Scheduling request failed: releasing RRC connection..."

Steps to reproduce the problem

The default settings, but I also tried to change: "Setting the TX / RX offset manually.", The error is the same.
I think the cell is clean. ( Indoor (DAS) in the underground parking.)(Other LTE cells cell_search and "Net_monitor" of commercial UE does not find)
rx gain and tx gain 60
