New netbox release 4.1.0 does not work

I had to force ghcr.io/netbox-community/netbox:v4.0.10 in the docker-compose.yml because when the 4.1.0 version is used, it does not come up - there is an issue that was very similar to my error Issue #17431 - and it looks like it might have been fixed, but the container registry maybe lagging behind? (if it is, then this will fix itself in the next 24 hrs when they generate new containers) - but at least for now, I forced v4.0.10 as a workaround.
