We need a newly designed UI and UX

So what need is a newly designed UI which i''ll talk 'bout right now:
for the ui we need a Modern Black(you'd know what i mean if you look unto VS Code) background with a newly selected/found a suitable font to use as the default font(maybe use Source Code Pro(found on Google Slides))
And a upgraded UX so it shall be more attractive.

Hi @GitKia1392 thank you for the feedback! To track UX/UI ideas and discussions we use https://github.com/spyder-ide/ux-improvements. For example, there is already an issue for a default font selection at #31

I will be moving this over that repo and if you have any other specific idea for improvements (besides themes color selection and default font selection) related to UX/UI let us know over there
